Welcome to MR KITCHEN. MR KITCHEN COMPANY LIMITED is a Ghanaian food processing business supplying natural, ready-to-use food ingredients, including frozen products. These terms govern use of our website, orders, payments, and associated services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Our range includes ABE, ABEDURO, ABEPREK, NKATEBE, OKRODEM, OKROGAR, OKRO and VEGGIE MIX. Product descriptions, pack sizes, prices, offers and availability may change. Follow the handling, storage and preparation directions on each package.

Customers must supply correct order, contact and delivery information. Orders are accepted when MR KITCHEN confirms them. A payment acknowledgement alone does not guarantee stock availability. If a paid product is unavailable, we will offer an agreed alternative, replacement, rescheduling or refund.

Prices for Ghanaian orders are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are disclosed before order finalisation. We may accept online payments through Paystack or other approved providers. Never disclose your card PIN, account password or one-time password to MR KITCHEN personnel.

Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours after confirmation, subject to destination, stock availability and customer-agreed arrangements. MR KITCHEN coordinates fulfilment through suitable third-party services, including Yango, Bolt, cargo operators and other logistics partners. We may contact customers for Google Maps location pins, landmarks, contact information or preferred delivery schedules. Customers generally pay delivery fees, although occasional free, discounted or shared-fee deliveries may be agreed in advance. See our Delivery Time Frame Policy.

Frozen products should be transferred promptly to suitable frozen storage after receipt. Please check quantity, product type, packaging and visible condition upon delivery, and report concerns promptly. Do not consume products suspected to be unsafe.

Cancellations, defective products, incorrect orders and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. The perishable nature of a product does not remove statutory consumer remedies.

Promotions may have stated eligibility, qualifying quantities, validity dates and stock limits. Free delivery or product discounts apply only when expressly confirmed. Offers cannot be combined unless specified.

Do not misuse our website, attempt fraudulent transactions or interfere with our systems. MR KITCHEN’s brand names, logos, artwork, photographs and original materials are protected and must not be reused commercially without authorisation.

We aim to supply products fit for their intended use and to address verified defects or fulfilment failures. We are not responsible for deterioration caused solely by improper handling after satisfactory delivery. Nothing here excludes liability or legal rights that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising from existing accepted orders. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
